Delicously Wicked Autumn Recipe | Spooning

3 large sweet potatoes
2 cups chicken stock
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1 banana sliced
1/4 cup dark brown sugar
1 dash of cinnamon
1 dash of nutmeg
1 tablespoon grated ginger
1/4 cup walnuts (optional)

Peel potatoes.
Cut potatoes into cubes and place in a crock pot with chicken stock.
Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours.
Transfer potatoes and chicken stock to a large stock pot.
Add banana, brown sugar, and ginger.
Add heavy whipping cream slowly using an immersion hand blender.
Blend until mixture consistency is creamy and smooth.
Add more cream for a thinner soup.
Pour soup into serving bowl using a ladle or large serving spoon.
Sprinkle fresh nutmeg and cinnamon on top.
Top with walnuts if desired.
